The banks must be crazy!  I recently saw interest rates for a 30 year fixed rate loan in the mid to upper 3% range!!!  That's insane!  A few years ago we rejoiced with a mid 6% interest rate but that seems high by today's standards.  If you couple this information with the lower home prices (almost at 2002 levels in some areas), you're sure to find a great deal on a home.  Buy it right (and now) and you be on the road to building your equity and a stable future in your community.  If you are not ready to buy and still need a place, let me know because I can help you find a home to rent.  Best of all, there is never an "up front fee" for my service.
